Publishing the 13-article personal narrative series here on indiehacker.ph. Article 1 is live. Batch-writing the next three before scheduling them. The VerdEdge pivot article has a sequencing constraint: it publishes before the LLM series begins.

Rereading Nassim Taleb's Skin in the Game. First read it after the blackhat penalty period in 2013, before I had the vocabulary for what had happened. Different book now.

Thinking about

The 18-24 month competitive window for Entity Authority Engineering. Most Philippine operators are still optimizing for human readers and accidentally seeding LLM inference as a side effect. The gap closes eventually. The question is how much compounding is possible before it does.
